COVID-19 Updates
Campus COVID-19 Call Center Opens to Answer Your Questions
Sept. 8, 2021
Dear Campus Community,
I am pleased to share an update in regards to additional resources that will immediately help to support our operations for COVID-19 reporting and case management.
Fresno State has launched a COVID-19 Call Center, a new service designed to quickly and conveniently help answer your questions and direct you to resources and information regarding campus COVID-19 protocols.
We have contracted with an experienced third party company to operate this campus call center, which will be available 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and noon to 8 p.m. on weekends. The phone number for the COVID-19 Call Center is 559.278.0001.
Additionally, to help manage and follow up on reports submitted by our campus community about possible COVID-19 exposure, students from the Department of Nursing will help to support our Environmental Health and Safety team with case investigations. This expanded team of case investigators will follow up with those who have symptoms, have tested positive or have had a close contact exposure to COVID-19 and will provide guidance in regards to applicable public health protocols as appropriate.
Questions about the Campus COVID-19 Call Center may be directed to Amy Luna, manager of Emergency Operations, at amyluna@csufresno.edu. You can also find additional information and frequent updates at the University’s COVID-19 website and FAQs.
Thank you for your continued diligence and support.
Kind Regards,
Debbie Adishian-Astone
Vice President for Administration and Chief Financial Officer
