Library

Updated on Jan. 21, 2021

The Libraryis open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with limited in-person services for current Fresno State students and faculty. A limited area of the first floor of the Library is open, providing access to the service desk and DISCOVERe Hub.

Please note the library will not be available for studying, but some services will continue by appointment for the general student population.

Students and faculty will not have access to the book-stacks, but can request materials from our collections using the OneSearch feature on the website. They will be notified by email when items are ready to pick up using a contact-free, self-service check-out system.

Tech Lending items can be requested through the Librarywebsite and be picked up by appointment at the desk. We have extended our supply of devices to support as many students, faculty and staff as possible.

The library’s virtual services are in full effect with librarians at the Virtual Desk 9 a.m to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday for phone and email consultations. The popular 24/7 librarian chat feature is also available for students and faculty with questions about research.
