Note: If you live with someone who has tested positive, isolate yourself from them until they are fully recovered.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Submit a COVID report. The email response you receive is proof that you have submitted the report, and it provides next step guidance. 

• If you do not have symptoms, and are at higher risk of severe COVID-19 infection and would benefit from treatment, you should test within 5 days. 

If you develop symptoms, leave campus immediately, isolate yourself, and submit a COVID report.
