Positive Test Without Symptoms
(Regardless of Vaccination Status)

ISOLATION IS NOT REQUIRED.  There is no infectious period for the purpose of isolation or exclusion. However, if symptoms develop, follow the “Positive test with symptoms” criteria. You will need to wear a face covering when participating in in-person activities through the 10th day after you become sick or test positive (if no symptoms).

Fresno State Student Housing resident:  Immediately notify Student Housing at 559.278.2677.

Employees:Notify your supervisor.

Additional Considerations:

  • You will need to wear a face covering when participating in in-person activities through the 10th day after you become sick or test positive (if no symptoms). 
  • Avoid contact with people at higher-risk for severe COVID-19 for 10 days.
